A Hands-On Education
At UNC Asheville, Business students bridge classroom learning with real-world impact through hands-on projects in courses such as the Consulting Practicum, as well as during internships. From partnering with local startups like Darë Vegan Cheese to uncovering history through innovative accounting work, students gain critical thinking, creativity, and leadership skills. Darë Vegan Cheese
Every year, Business professor Susan Clark gives students an opportunity to work with a local business in Asheville through a consulting practicum. In Spring 2022, that business was Darë Vegan Cheese.
